Listing Submission Rules
By posting a listing on Trutram.com, the User acknowledges and agrees to these Rules and accepts the rights and obligations associated with the use of the platform.
These Rules apply to all listings published on Trutram.com, including free listings, premium listings, VIP listings, banner advertisements, and any other paid services offered by the platform.
Payment for services does not guarantee the publication or continued availability of a listing on the website. Trutram.com reserves the right to reject, suspend, or remove any listing that violates these Rules, applicable laws, or the rights of third parties.
1. General Provisions
1.1. The User bears full responsibility for the content of listings, photographs, videos, and any other information published on the platform.
1.2. All published information must comply with the laws applicable in the country where the listing is posted, the laws applicable to the seller and buyer, and any relevant European Union legislation.
1.3. The User must have ownership of the advertised item or possess the legal authority to sell, rent, promote, or otherwise offer it.
1.4. A User may maintain only one account unless otherwise approved by the platform administration.
1.5. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing restrictions, manipulating rankings, publishing duplicate listings, or otherwise violating platform rules is prohibited.
2. Listing Requirements
2.1. Each listing must relate to a single specific product, service, vehicle, spare part, or item of equipment.
2.2. Posting identical or substantially similar listings in multiple categories, regions, or user accounts is prohibited.
2.3. Listings must contain accurate, current, and complete information regarding the offered product or service.
2.4. The publication of false, misleading, deceptive, or unverified information is prohibited.
2.5. Listings must be placed in the most appropriate category.
2.6. Once an item has been sold, rented, or is no longer available, the User must promptly remove the listing or mark it as completed.
3. Title Requirements
3.1. The listing title must accurately reflect the content of the listing.
3.2. Misleading wording, excessive use of special characters, emojis, or text written entirely in capital letters is prohibited.
3.3. Contact information, links to third-party websites, email addresses, and telephone numbers must not be included in the title.
4. Description Requirements
4.1. The description must provide detailed information about the product or service, including its main characteristics, condition, included components, and transaction terms.
4.2. Information provided in the description must accurately reflect the actual condition of the product or service.
4.3. Spam, meaningless content, repeated keywords, hidden advertising, or information unrelated to the subject of the listing is prohibited.
4.4. Content that infringes the intellectual property rights of third parties is prohibited.
5. Pricing Requirements
5.1. The stated price must correspond to the actual sale, rental, or service price.
5.2. The use of fictitious prices, zero-value pricing, or any pricing intended to mislead users is prohibited.
5.3. If the price depends on additional conditions, such conditions must be clearly disclosed in the listing description.
6. Photo and Video Requirements
6.1. Photographs and videos must accurately represent the advertised product or service.
6.2. The User must possess all necessary rights to use and publish the submitted photographs and videos.
6.3. Content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights is prohibited.
6.4. Images of poor quality, misleading content, or media unrelated to the advertised item may be rejected.
6.5. Company logos, branding elements, and watermarks are permitted provided they do not obscure the advertised item or mislead users.
7. Listing Moderation
7.1. All listings may be subject to automated and manual review.
7.2. Trutram.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject, suspend, restrict, hide, or remove any listing where there are reasonable grounds to believe that these Rules have been violated.
7.3. Where appropriate, the User may be notified of the reason for the rejection, suspension, or removal of a listing.
8. User Responsibility
8.1. The User is solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information published on the platform.
8.2. The User warrants that the publication of a listing does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
8.3. The User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Trutram.com from any losses, damages, claims, or expenses arising from the User's violation of these Rules or applicable laws.
9. Final Provisions
9.1. Trutram.com is not a party to transactions between users and does not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, availability, or suitability of any products or services advertised on the platform.
9.2. Trutram.com reserves the right to amend these Rules at any time without prior notice.
9.3. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Rules.
